1. I am thankful for holidays that give us something to look forward to. The fact that we have events in our year that affect how we live is kind of a neat thought.
2. I am thankful for the weather in Nebraska. I may complain about it a lot, but because of the constant change we are very aware of the "good" days and usually don't take them for granted.
3. I am thankful for home cooked meals and the way that a full oven makes me feel like I'm a little kid again.
